Mr. oluseyi Onajide is the Managing director of RT Briscoe (Nig.) Plc, He started his working career with Deloitte, Adetona, Isichei & co (Chartered Accountants) in 1985 and moved on to SCOA in 1990 as an accountant.

He was the Management Consultant to Alchem Industries Limited in 1996.

He joined R.T. Briscoe (Nig.) Plc in 1998 as a Financial Controller. He obtained a National Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro in1985, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos in 2001. He is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Mrs. Folasade Hughes is the Managing Director of the Company. She attended the University of Lagos from where she graduated in 1988 with a B.Arch (Hons) Merit degree in Architecture.

She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and is a registered member of the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria. She also has a Certificate in Interior Design from the KLC School of Design in London and is an Associate Member of the International Facility Management Association. Prior to her appointment by Briscoe Properties Limited, she worked with Design Group Nigeria, a private Architectural and Urban Planning Consultancy firm, where she was a Director.

Mr. Bayo Adeniji has worked for 12 years in various investment banking companies in Nigeria including private equity, corporate finance and asset management.

He was a senior manager and head of corporate reconstruction at Ernst & Young, Lagos from 1991 to 1994 and trained, qualified and worked at Price Waterhouse London for 7years.

He is currently the managing director of the investment banking unit in Asset and Resource Management Company Ltd.

Ms. Yinka Ogunsulire was Vice President in charge of real estate at Capital Alliance Nigeria, between 2003 and 2005 prior to Capital Alliance, she had working for four years for National Bank Nigeria Limited as Head of Projects and managed the bank’s real estate portfolio.

For three years prior to that, she worked for UBA Trustees as Manager Property Investments. Earlier in her career she had also worked and gained vast experience with Knight Frank Rutley in the London and Lagos offices as an associate supervisor. She holds an M Phil. In Land Management from University of Reading UK and a B sc in Geography from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland.

She is currently First Vice-President in Charge of ARM’s real estate business and strategies.

Mr. Akintayo Emmanuel Asha is the General Manager - Finance of RT. Briscoe (Nig.) Plc. He started his working career with Giwarite Limited in 1990 and rose to the position of the Chief Accountant in 1996.

He moved to R.T. Briscoe Nig. Plc as Manager, Management Controls and Budget in the same year 2003. Though hard work and diligence he become the General Manager – Finance in 2008.

He obtain a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the reputable Obafemi Awolowo University in 1990 with second class upper division and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano in 1999. He is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a member of the Chartered institute of Taxation.
