Briscoe Ford, Lekki

The project is the development of an ultramodern, state of the art showroom and service center for Briscoe Ford at Lekki. The development is on three (3) floors i.e. ground and two floors. A hydraulic car-lift is to be used to transport cars between floors to the car display areas on the first and second floors. Construction is presently ongoing.


Ocean Winds Hotel and Wellness Centre

BPL is the Project Manager for Ocean Winds Hotel and Wellness Centre in Victoria Island , Lagos , Nigeria . The 8-storey ultra modern development is a 4 star hotel with facilities which include conference halls, restaurants, swimming pool, massage, fitness and wellness centres. Support infrastructure includes diesel and water storage facilities, water and sewage treatment plants, alternate power supply. Construction is presently ongoing.


Oluwole Urban Mall Development

The Oluwole Urban Mall Development is designed as a modern urban market/commercial mall in Lagos Island. The mall will be a four level reinforced concrete structure covering a floor area of about 3,881 sqm with 390 shops and 240 K-klamps.
