Briscoe Properties Limited (BPL) is a company offering management and engineering services related to the property industry. Our aim is to be the prefered provider for quality facility management, property management, property development and construction project management services.
Temple Court is a premium residential development located at 19B, Olu Holloway Road, off Alfred Riwane Way, Ikoyi Lagos. It comprises 13 units of 3-bedroom terraced duplexes each with a maid’s room.
BPL commenced the provision of integrated FM services to the residents upon the completion of the development in 2012. The estate is located at Connal Road, opposite the WAEC office, Yaba Lagos, and consists of 18 units of 3-bed terraced houses, plus a maid’s room.
BPL developed this estate in 2009 and has provided integrated FM services to homeowners since then. The estate is located at 4A, Ademola Okoya Close, Mende, Maryland, Lagos, and comprises 12 dwelling units of terraced 3-bedroom duplexes.
BPL was appointed in 2012 to provide both hard and soft FM services to ROPP House. The office complex is located at Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent at Wuse II, Abuja. BPL’s contract was subsequently expanded to cover some other facilities owned by the client.
ORCHID COURT IKEJA GRA is a private residential development of 25 residential housing units of various types comprising flats, terraced houses, Semi-detached and detached houses.
BPL has been providing facility management services to Nigerian Breweries since 2015 and has retained the performance-driven relationship over the years, winning awards for compliance with ISO standards, HSE policies, and the Total Quality Management System (TQM) of the Breweries.
