Briscoe Properties Limited (BPL) is a company offering management and engineering services related to the property industry. Our aim is to be the prefered provider for quality facility management, property management, property development and construction project management services.
Fara Park is a 15-ha residential estate with 304 exquisitely finished housing units. BPL was appointed to provide Integrated Facility Management services in 2009 and its excellent service provision has ensured a constant appreciation in the market value of investment to the homeowners.
This facility is made up of 3 high-rise and one low-rise building consisting of 155 apartments on 174, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
BPL was appointed to provide FM services to the senate building of AAUA in 2014. The facilities in the building include the senate chamber, the council chamber, event halls, a cocktail and entertainment lounge, three lifts, a covered courtyard, and a large foyer. The main building comprises 148 offices, 165 toilets, kitchenettes, fire safety installations, 256 HVAC systems 10 conference halls, and 10 board rooms.
